WA: Restraining order against Rose dropped

Two violence restraining orders against flamboyant socialite ROSE PORTEOUS have been
dropped in a Perth court.

MONA ABUBAKAR, believed to be a former employee of Mrs PORTEOUS, applied for the orders
in January.

Magistrate JACQUELINE MUSK has dismissed the application after the court received a
letter from Ms ABUBAKAR.

Neither Mrs PORTEOUS - the former wife of the late mining magnate LANG HANCOCK - nor
Ms ABUBAKAR were in court.
