NSW:Keneally 'giving up': NSW Opposition says

The opposition says New South Wales Premier KRISTINA KENEALLY has indicated a deal
is being done to make Transport Minister JOHN ROBERTSON the next Labor leader.

In an interview with Sky today Ms KENEALLY sidestepped questions about whether she
would retain the leadership after the March 26 election, but also took time to praise
Mr ROBERTSON.

Now Liberal party campaign spokeswoman GLADYS BEREJIKLIAN says the premier's failure
to commit to standing for the Labor leadership after the election is a tacit admission
that Mr ROBERTSON will have a clear run at the leadership regardless of whether Labor
wins or loses the election.
