EXTERPRISE CLOSES $24 MILLION DOLLARS IN THIRD ROUND OF FUNDING BY DELL VENTURES AND OTHER PROMINENT INVESTORS.

New Investment to Accelerate Global Sales and Marketing for Leading E-markets Platform Provider

Exterprise Inc., a leading provider of collaboration platform software for e-markets, today announced that it has secured a US$24 million dollar third round of venture funding from Dell Ventures, the venture arm of Dell, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (Nyse: MWD), and Vignette Corporation (Nasdaq: VIGN).

These companies join Exterprise's existing investors, Austin Ventures and Triton Ventures, to bring the total capital raised by Exterprise to US$33 million dollars.
